The Tascam DA-88 is an eight track 16 bit digital
recorder utilizing the Hi-8 recording medium. Frame accurate
synchronization allows sixteen machines to respond like one physical 128
track recorder. MIDI, SMPTE, and Sony synchronization protocols are also
supported, allowing easy integration into any recording environment.
